The pool bar is outfitted with the same cabinetry as the kitchen and the cove lighting adds a splash of ambiance. Pool bar houses combination wine and beverage center and and dishwasher drawers for those delicate glasses.  The rug is by Perennials, as well as all chairs and bar stools fabric.  If needed you could take this rug outside and wash with the hose.  Ease of mind throughout this renovation with sensible fabric choices.  The custom fireplace is the focal point of the room while the adjacent bar area allows service for entertaining as well as the pool area social needs.

Contemporary Master Bath

I don't have enough words to describe this Master retreat.  A steam shower with custom seating and a glass ceiling with metal "bubbles" is only the beginning of this magnificent space.  One can enter into each space separately or cross between the steam shower and shower.  Custom vanities and integrated sinks will surely cause one to have an ahaaaa moment.  Enter into the space through a custom piece of art made into a rolling barn style door.  Flip out plugs and trash pullouts along with a complete coffee bar are just a few of the amenities. The toilet room is  equipped with a digital toilet and urinal.  The custom light feature in the cove ceiling dances light on the floor.  A custom matching closet adds to the ease of living. Contemporary Kitchen Renovation

This contemporary kitchen will surely intrigue the viewer to want to know more.  Custom features are throughout with the most outstanding being the stainless skinned refrigerator doors.  Cabinets include electronic openers for upper cabinets and pop out and flip out plugs.  Sub Zero-Wolf appliances were the choice for this client.  Exquisite dimensional tiles provide the backdrop for this beautiful kitchen.

Contemporary Bath with Varying Opacity Door

This bath, just outside the in-house gym, serves the gym with a shower and tower cabinets to house toiletries.  The door is a "now you see, now you don't see" rolling door with polished laminate trim and liquid crystal filled glass for privacy when closed.  A free standing Krion vanity with wall faucet is the show stopper of the space.  The vanity wall is accented with glass tiles and the mirror hangs by cable wire.

Contemporary Formal Living Room / Dining Room

My favorite room of the house.  This formal area is lavished with beautiful upholstry, included faux fur and sheep skin on the dining chairs and custom acrylic benches. 
the jewelry over the dining table is the custom LED light and the custom sunburst table.  The glass stairwell is an amazing site to behold. Bent glass, polished stainless handrail and stainless base with polished stainless stand-offs. The custom light fixture of stainless and LED diffused lighting accents the beautiful stainless sunburst table.
